Pho Bon Mua

Food is delicious here, easily one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants for Pho! The place does get busy sometimes though so sometimes she can be rather curt with responses. Otherwise, it's great!

My experience wasnt bad at all. I ordered seafood and quail egg soup. The soup base was flavourfull and I like it however the shrimp and the squid meat were so hard and felt like rubber. I am quite sure it came from freezer but feels like old meat. No taste and so blunt. It took about 15 minutes to get my order. I just try this place coz its close to my workplace but I wont probably come back again.And oh it had only one quail egg. Hahahahaha

I love this place! A friend of mine told me about it and I stopped for lunch a few times and it's been delicious every time. I just had the chicken pho and it had so much flavour. You can tell the chef really cares, she's very friendly and sweet. I highly recommend this place!

I almost feel like they didn't have a clue what was going on. The food was adequate at best. I almost feel bad for the survey, because they were nice. But it was super slow and we won't be going back. I'd rather walk 10 blocks farther to get better food. Sorry

Haha that's toatally this place.. But I got to agree it is easily the best pho on the north shore...just pretend your going to the Pho Soup Nazi.

This place is delish! I recommended #24 Sate peanut noodle is out of this world and my son always gets #47 charbroiled lemon grass chicken. The flavors are on point. This place is where my son and I meet to have a mom and son date. I highly recommend to anyone that loves pho.

The owner Jenny is a true chef. Her sweet and sour soup is truly inspired. Take your time to savour this dish and enjoy each spoonful as it reveals waves of flavour and aroma. You won't be disappointed with this dish.

If you can get over the small size and awkward decor this is some of the best Pho I've had in Metro Van... definitely #1 in North Van

Best Vietnamese on the north shore. Period. Small diner, very casual, owner operator, decent pricing, fantastic food (pho, bun Bo, bun, com), good portion sizing (not small). Clean with small patio seating area. Street parking in front.Highly recommend!!

Really good pho

The best Vietnamese cooking I've experienced ever in North America, Asia and Europe! A tiny hole in a whole bistro that has a seating capacity of 14, simply and tastefully decorated, it comes across more cozy and welcoming than cramped. The owner, chef server, hostess and dishwasher, is a charming, somewhat shy young woman who creates absolute works of culinary art from her tiny kitchen not much bigger than a food truck. The menu to is remarkably varied with standard Vietnamese fare plus an assortment of house specials that I look forward to tasting. The food is fresh, clean beautifully prepared and artfully presented. No msg, best pho ever, amazing spring rolls. Great vegetarian options. Actually great everything. graciously served. A real find.

Regulars know what’s up! 24 w/beef. Jenny is the best. If you’re not needy, know how to read numbers, and enjoy a good authentic broth: this place is for you!

Simply awesome. Clean, natural flavours, fresh ingredients with the best broth. Have had the beef noodle soup (21 and 22), peanut sauce with tofu and veggie noodle soup (24) and the tofu and veggie noodle soup. All were fantastic and easily the tastiest pho on the North Shore.

Pho bon mua has been a weekly outing with me and my best friend each Saturday. The best pho on the North Shore hands down! I get the house special with extra tendon and spicy broth with an iced condensed milk coffee.

The food was delicious. Great spot for lunch or dinner. Service was a little slow due to chef waiting tables until server arrived. Upon his arrival food came out efficiently. Looking forward to going back again. Everything I had was good. I don't know what people are complaining about everything was great. Maybe it's just miserable people being miserable. Highly recommend this place.

This place is am awesome place to experience a unique taste of food that you'll find nowhere else. There are so many choices and all are delicious. I highly recommend going there to try there food. Best pho in North Vancouver for sure.

You eat here for the food not the service. I agree with the other reviewers, sometimes the servers are unpleasant but seriously the food makes up for it. Easily the best pho place in North Van and trust me my wife and I have tried them all!

Best pho ever. And I have traveled around Vancouver to try, "the best" pho places. Nothing compares.

One of my favourite Viet restaurants... its a one-woman show here, so bring your patience -- or skip it if there's a crowd already there and come back another time.Satay peanut noodle soup is amazing, as are the spring rolls, banh mi all being my faves.Basic decor, tight between the tables, but once you've got food in front of you all is forgotten. If nature calls, a trip to the washroom is an adventure, so fair warning.Overall service is curt, but not rude, in my experience. Can be breeze inside if the exhaust fan is on so bring your jacket? :)

Small, fast little noodle place.The broth definetly has the richness, and ingredients are fresh.In terms of impact, nothing. Just ordinary Pho taste but faster and fresher.

Vegetarian banh mi is delicious!!
